Banned for an irrelevant reason.

Hello guys, it's R_Brizzle02. Yesterday Xeron and had an disagreement he said I was being whiney because I (and other people) wanted no clip on. I then said that I was the voice of the people, and he said that I was the voice of myself, I then said that other people wanted it on also. Then he did a vote of if No clip should be off and majority voted for no. So I celebrated and I was basically saying I told you so, so he banned me for "You're pissing me off" which in my opinion is childish and irrelevant. So I asked my friend |TBB| Lil Reese to send him this
"In my opinion, I feel that it shouldn't have pissed you off because I proved him wrong. Being an Adult you should be able to take that loss and learn from it. But if I truely made you mad, I apologize. But honestly I may not come back for a while if this is how I'm going to be treated. I mean, I don't personally know you and I'm not sure if I care to. But I just know I had some good times on TBB and hopefully I do come back today. But your decision to just ban me because I "pissed you off" is irrelevant and in my opinion, childish."
He in turn replied saying "|TBB| Xer0n_: People that insist on arguing and stating their opinion where it is not welcome tends to piss people off."
He also said "TBB| Xer0n_: I don't care who he is, I'll do what I want." and "|TBB| Xer0n_: The more he keeps running his mouth, the more pissed off I am getting. Had he dropped it, I would have removed the ban already." When I had stopped saying things. So I sent this to my friend Reese "
5:55 PM - R_Brizzle02: I'm pretty sure he's just saying that, he KNEW he wasn't going to unban me, it's just a status this. (this is to you Reese)
5:55 PM - R_Brizzle02: How am I running my mouth through typing? It doesn't make any sense. (To you)" I also sent this to him "5:56 PM - R_Brizzle02: Ehh, I think I'm over TBB, there are better servers out there. 5:56 PM R_Brizzle02: People who actually care about their players. 5:56 PM - R_Brizzle02: People who actually listen." I said that because I was shocked that this would even happen and Xeron replied with this "and not people who don't want to hear your shit right?" So I would like to ask if I could be unbanned for this silly reason.

Let's get this clear, you kept blabbing your mouth when it clearly wasn't welcome. It was your choice to take the role of "Speaking for the people" as if we are in some judicial system, however me running a simple vote in ULX proved the decision I had was not valued at the time. No one else in the server was concerned with disabling No-Clip but you made the choice to stand up for your opinion, which you are entitled to. However, the manner in which you handled it in chat started making others do the same.. and we don't like the riot scenario.

Playing on our servers is a privilege, you are not entitled to anything and we reserve the right to refuse that privilege as we see fit. It was your choice to open a debate with the person paying for the servers, and not ease up.. so you can claim false ban all you want. Posting logs is irrelevant because every action done on our servers is archived and if needed they can be pulled and brought forward.

While the ULX vote was going on, and people were voting 'No' you were spamming the chat with 'OOOOOHHHHHHH'. You speak of acting like an adult, and non-childish.. well played.

I still feel that you're mad because I won the vote. I didn't make a "riot" scene people just wanted noclip. But, yet it is still very childish to ban me for pissing you off, and it's just a punk move. But you know I have better things to do than argue with an immature, butthurt adult. I'll be back on tomorrow.

Your first mistake is stating it as "Winning the vote", with or without you I was going to run a ULX vote. I am not the one who turned it into a competition, you brought that upon yourself in my opinion. Calling people names is also not an effective way to resolve an issue, so from this point forward you will not be back.

It's unfortunate that you are so full of yourself, and believe you are entitled to whatever you want.. and refuse to listen to reason.
