Can we ban this "Acer"

Hello guys, divergent here and I would like to tell you that there was a that crashed the server. The last name I got was Acer and his steam id (STEAM_0:1:15637724). So can we please ban this guy as soon as possible and there was a few witness at that time but couldn't get hold to.

What did he do to crash the server and if so do you have proof

First of all, I never see you nor Acer on so I know your not regulars. I come on about 3 times per month.
Also no evidence = no punishment
