Garry's Mod 13 Is Getting Old, And Outdated

Today, After My Third Try Of Trying To Connect To The Server I Got This Error:
Engine Error​
Lua Panic! Sonething went horribly wrong!​
"not enough memory"​
And I think that shows us that we need either a 64 bit version of Garry's Mod 13, OR just a new Garry's Mod (Possibly Garry's Mod 15, Or Garry's Mod 16?)
 
I Did Not Mean The Version Of The Game, I Mean How It Went From Garry's Mod 9, To Garry's Mod 11, To Garry's Mod 12, To Garry's Mod 13, Also I Have Literally Just Reinstalled My Game After The Post And I Does Not Make A Difference.
 
Well uninstalling the game doesn't get rid of add on files and stuff. You have to go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Garrysmod\garrysmod to find what you need to delete.
 
What I meant by reinstalled is deleting every folder (saving my pac3 and adv dupes) then verifying the integrity through steam
