Before I begin, I wouldn't consider this a ban appeal, I'd consider this more a complaint about an "employee." Honestly, after what happened today, I won't be back on the server, despite being banned for a day.
Anyway, let's start back from the beginning, which was this morning (6/30/15) on TBB Deathrun. A friend and I joined the server to play some DR. While we were playing, we started having a little fun and we started joking about people fake hacking because they were bhopping blah blah blah. So, then, the admin, Derp Panda tells us that we should stop falsely accusing people for hacking, which once again, we were joking. To be honest, we didn't stop, so he gagged us, which is totally fine. On a side note, I don't completely understand how what we did was against the rules in anyway, but he said that he's the admin, so I guess we have to listen, but the thing is, is that he uses that sentence unfairly in the future, but I'll get to that soon. And at this point, we kind of have something against each other now because I actually mention that to him.
Continuing on to about 30 minutes later, I forget what I said, but in the sentence I'm sure I used the word "stupid." Derp Panda responds with a, "Don't say that word," or something like that and I listened and I didn't say it again.
Going through time, we had mini debates about small things, nothing really notable, except that someone else was also accusing people for hacking, which he did nothing about. I called him out on it and he says, once again, "I'm the admin." At about now, he has some more things against me, so he kicks my friend and I for trying to defend ourselves.
We join back on the server about 3 hours later and he is still on. IMMEDIATELY as we get on, someone sets up a votekick for both of us, which the reason was something along the lines of, "Being an asshole..." We're sure that it wasn't Panda himself, but we are sure that those votes were set up by either Yed or Shadow Pet. We complain and Panda does nothing about it. We already got punished for doing nothing, really, and we still got a votekick. Panda even says himself that he knows who it is, but decides to do nothing.
Fast forwarding, once again, to about 30 minutes later, another player calls someone an asshole and Derp Panda doesn't do a single thing. My friend and I say something about it and say that I said stupid earlier and everyone went crazy and then another player calls someone an asshole and nothing gets done about it. Derp Panda's response was that the other player was joking and I'm not, which I was. Not to mention that "asshole" is a worse term than "stupid." That's not the only thing he said, once again he says, "I'm the admin here," which is the last straw. We tell him that saying that doesn't make it fair, just because he has power and that just because he has something against me still doesn't make what he did fair. He constantly repeats that he is the admin and he doesn't give any valid points. In time, Panda says that I'm annoying and then I got banned for 24 hours. Luckily, my friend wasn't and he stayed and tried to talk to Panda. That same other player that used the word "asshole" sided up with my friend against Derp Panda. They told him that what he did didn't make sense. Panda actually said himself that I got banned for being annoying to him, which obviously isn't right. All I tried to do was debate with him because he wasn't being a fair and friendly admin. My friend tells Panda that he just can't ban someone for 24 hours for being "annoying" to one person, himself. And Panda says, "Can, and did." That's where I was officially done with the server. This admin is not being honest and fair.
In the end, there is no more of me on that server because I feel like I'm being treated differently just because this admin doesn't like me as much as other players.
