Server #1 Downtime

We have been having problems with the new provider and the server shutting down for a daily reboot and not coming back up. Today is the 3rd day this week I have woken up and the server has been down.

Now we're experiencing further problems with the new host and the server is not bootable nor responsive at all. I have submitted a support ticket at 1pm CST and still have not heard back from them at 5:13pm (NOW).

We may be forced to find yet another provider to host our build server as this one is strong but it's only strong when it's actually online.

I have set up a backup server on a TBB dedicated server for the time being, hopefully this will be resolved soon and it'll be brought back online. I had to set this up in 5 minutes before I left for work so it should be enough to keep building but beware that ACF Damage Permission has not been loaded so your builds are susceptible to damage from randoms. I also wasn't able to install the 500 hour limit function neither, so builders beware.

The backup server is: 64.94.101.175:27015

I had mentioned in a low priority ticket that the machine has not been responsive all day long. I will re-open the issue in a new high priority ticket.

It appears the server you are hosting the games on has gone offline or something because nothing is working. I hope my files are okay because I haven't made a backup of our new LUA codes and programs yet.

When the server is online it's powerful, but the downtime appears to be out-weighing the uptime at the moment.

We've sent out a mass email about the issue.

Sorry for the delay on explaining what is happening, we are still gathering information.
2 days ago, numerous large scale DDoS attacks hit one of our LA servers.
After DDoS protection was complete, the server still did not come back online.
After waiting on the phone with the datacenter, we learned that our upstream providers (L3,Time Warner, Verizon etc) nulled our entire IP range for LA due to the attacks.
We're waiting on a response from them still at this time.
Currently we don't have a method of retrieving any data from the server hardware.
If you'd like your server redeployed on another set of LA hardware, or another location, let us know.
In the mean time we will continue to deal with the upstream providers with this issue.
We're sorry for the issues, but we've already done everything possible and are now having to wait on those outside the datacenter.
