Staff Changes

There comes a time in everyone's life where you need to set priorities and move forward in reality. In saying this, the decision has been made to step down |TBB| Mr. Grappler from Co-Owner to Executive Admin at this time. It has not been determined if he wants to step down completely or not yet, so he has been moved down one in his tier. He has become overwhelmed in his life with his new full time job and a new relationship.

Mr. Grappler will still be on playing games with us and hanging out, but he will no longer be the highest level authority and should be treated as an admin. We thank you for all of your hard work, and can't wait to see you get to relax and play games with us!

I am not exactly sure what is going to happen with the Co-Owner ranking, I don't really have anyone that fits the role as far as knowing how to set up and manage servers.

I am also considering removing the Executive Admin ranking because most of the people within this group are not able to participate and help with server & website related issues. There is always work to be done, but some people are going through traumatic times in their life and are unable to grace us with their presence.

Grappler is a great person. Probably he feels like he doesn't need to feel treated so nicely, and that you're being too nice.

I don't think Grappler plans on leaving TBB completely, more so just stepping down from the whole management part of it. He is still going to play games and hang out as mentioned above, he just won't be managing it. Whatever decision he makes, I understand. Sometimes you have to move on with your life, especially as you get older.
