VCMod re-added to Servers #2, #3, #4!

We have received yet another version of VCMod from the developer, and it appears that all issues have been cleared and it has been re-added to the servers.

If you encounter any problems with it, post it here immediately because freemmaann (VCMod's Owner) is monitoring this thread.

We know about the SGM/TDM cars having the left reverse light on while braking, it's already been reported and being worked on.


New Key Binds:

Left ALT + V - Lock/Unlock the vehicle.
Left ALT + COMMA - Toggle left blinkers.
Left ALT + PERIOD - Toggle right blinkers.
Left ALT + SLASH - Hazard lights.
Tap F - Headlights.
Hold F - Night Lights.
Hold R - Horn.
Tap B - Cruise.
Number row keys 1-9 to switch seats. Press 0, to cycle through all available.
Hold LEFT ALT + number row keys 2-9 to kick a person out of that seat. Using 0 will kick everyone out of your vehicle.

Hold the middle button to look behind, release to reset.
Scroll up/down to zoom in/out, zoomed in is the default zoom level.




Console commands:

To turn on/off these please use the 0/1 system.. Example: VC_ThirdPerson_Auto 0 will disable the automatic moving of the camera in third person. These are client side settings, and need to be done for each person. Press ~ to open console or press F10 to input these commands.


"VC_Brake_Lock" - Don't brake the car on exit if not braking.
"VC_Wheel_Lock" - Lock the cars steering wheel on exit.

"VC_Cruise_OnOff" - Cruise Control On/Off, forward/back to increase/decrease cruise speed.
"VC_Passenger_Seats" - Enable players to use passanger seats.
"VC_Switch_Seats" - Switch to different seats (passenger or driver), driver cant do this.
"VC_Door_Sounds" - Play a sound when opening/closing the car doors.

"VC_Scale_Damage_Melee" - When in a custom vehicle scale melee damage.

"VC_Wheel_Dust" - Dust effect coming out of the wheels, depending on what surface the car is on.
"VC_Wheel_Dust_Brakes" - Additional Dust effect coming out of the wheels when braking.
"VC_Exhaust_Effect" - Exhaust effect coming from the vehicles exhaust pipes.

"VC_Exit_Velocity" - Set your velocity to the same one that the vehicle has on exit.
"VC_Exit_NoCollision" - Disable collisions between entitys and the vehicle till you finish exiting it.

"VC_Damage" - Vehicles are capable of receiving damage.
"VC_Dmg_Fire_Duration" - Delay before the fire gets removed after the explosion

"VC_Lights" - Toggle VCMod Lights.
"VC_HeadLights" - The laggiest part of VCMod, turn this off to make it lagless so to say.
"VC_DynamicLights" - This is pretty, but pretty laggy, turn this off to make it lagless so to say.

"VC_ThirdPerson_Auto" - Automatically adjust vehicles camera when in third person.
"VC_ThirdPerson_Auto_Pitch" - Automatic camera adjust pitch.
"VC_ThirdPerson_Dynamic" - Dynamic third person view.
"VC_ThirdPerson_Vec_Stf" - Dynamic view vector stiffness percentage. 100% is off.
"VC_ThirdPerson_Ang_Stf" - Dynamic view angle stiffness percentage. 100% is off.
"VC_ThirdPerson_Ang_Pitch" - Sharpen dynamic view angle pitch.
"VC_ThirdPerson_Cam_World" - Camera can see through everything except the world.

"VC_Keyboard_Input" - Use predefined key sets on the keyboard to control the script, can still use the menu.
"VC_MouseControl" - Mouse control while in third person view, additional detail:

Fixed overflowed reliable channel errors
Added support for complex lights (lights arranged in lines, circles, rectangles. All lagless because of the new render method).
Switched script placement to categories (allows to use different scripts for lets say TDM "Bus" and SGM "Bus")
Added ability to lock your vehicle from within ALT+V
Fixed lights being messed up on some vehicles, mainly them being in red colour
Removed WAC Helicopters confliction
Added full compatibility for these vehicle packs: Updated TDM cars, Default cars, Sped, SGM, PT cars, HighVoltage cars, Leaked car pack, Dalaxs vehicle pack, and as many more as I could find (if a vehicle you want does not support VCMod, contact me)
Fixed other tiny bugs, which were so important that I forgot what exactly they were..
 
[VCMOD] [SGM] Aventador light problem

Hi everyone :), sorry for my bad english. I'm here to report a bug in your mod VCMOD. This is the Lamborghini Aventador and its flagship. There is one side that works. I took some pictures for you:

I don't think this was such a good idea. All ready on Server #4 I've noticed a bit more lag spikes & console is constantly and I mean constantly getting spammed while in a car.
 
[member=950]Gamer86[/member] there was a fix for lights last night, i'm not sure if this specific item was addressed. I have yet to roll out the updates on Server #3.

[member=214]Cman3144[/member] I may remove it from Fly & Drive but it was there originally before the WAC incident happened and now that it's fixed we need to see how it goes.
 
Please keep it on fly and drive, I love VCMod. But some problems: VC_Damage and that VC scale melee damage thing say unknown command, and I really want to try the damage out!
 
No, actually you are wrong.. SGM is too lazy to provide any VCMod scripts for his vehicles.

Freemmaann the VCMod developer is doing us a major favor by adding all these vehicles in his own time.

Basically every car except for a few like LW who add their own scripts, are done by freemmaann.. so you should really thank him for his time in adding them. They may not be perfect, but he cannot fix what he doesn't know is broken.. which is why we're doing a major favor and using this thread to report issues.

This is a forum for reporting issues, lets not have general chat.
