Website permissions fixed, sorry! (Regulars Can Post Now)

Somewhere down the line the permission that allows members to post a new topic got removed, not sure how it happened but it's corrected.

I was wondering why the website was so quiet, let me know if there are any more issues!
 
Issue: When I hit the login button on sourcebans( Google chrome) all it does is boots me back to the login spot and when Inopen the ULX (This only happens on fly and drive 2) it opens, closes, opens, closes then opens then I am able to wander around. any help?
