Why and how am I blocked/banned?

Why am I banned/blocked my little brother got banned 5 minutes later I was banned/blocked I went right to the Banlist checking I saw that my brother was banned I wasn't I am still confused!?

I think this is because I am related to Nacho, Didn't make him stop and did nothing about it :(

Hey there, seeing as how you both are on the same network, when you get banned your ip is banned. therefore any computer on your network will be banned aswell. You are responsible for your own account.
 
I have removed the IP portion of the ban, meaning you should be able to join but unfortunately Nacho will not be allowed back on. If there is reason to believe that you are sharing computers or have any more disrespect from that IP Address it will be permanently blocked and your access to the website revoked.

I don't see a record of your username donating, not sure what that is all about.
