Creating this thread to host a multitude of information without having to create a new thread everytime something is released or fixed.

* Updated VCMod so it works properly again.
* Removed the chat tags showing our ranks in chat, it broke a lot of our !chat commands.
* Added a radio system, it broadcasts what is playing and you can type !radio to open it.
* Added "Media Player" to Rockford, it was already on Paralake.
* !vcmod and other chat commands now work again.
* Revised the hud showing less information to reduce the clientside load which should improve FPS.
* Moved "MPH" to inside of the speedometer, versus on the left side above the hud and only shows up when in a vehicle.
* Revised new vehicle spawn delay script, more efficient. (Time & Ranks did not change)
* Removed !suggestions since we have a better !feedback system in place.
* Added a new song to the crash/reconnect screen.
Upcoming Changes:
* Remove vehicle radio since it's quite outdated and depreciated.
* Revise loading screens and MOTD's to not be so massive and more clear to read.
