I was banned by Benjamin for standing up for myself against some person who felt like cussing me out for something I didn't do. This ban is unjust and should be removed.

The kiddo that got mad at me and cussed at me for NO reason (maxv) thought I prop pushed him. Funny, didn't know I could prop push and use a toolgun at the same time. I was fixing something in my color tool and drift E2. So of course the staff favor the higher rank who is in the wrong, resulting in me being kicked by a mod. I thought okay, it's fine. I come back and I get perma banned for no reason what so ever by Benjamin.

You're literally getting the part of the conversation that was me being hostile, not the other person. And you can't even see from them being hostile in their gameplay actions either. And even if I was in the wrong so what, it's not deserved of a permanent ban.

I know someone who was doing racism, sexism, and so much worse who only got banned for three weeks and because I got into a few arguments I got banned permanently.

And how am I playing "innocent" when I even said that I was being aggressively defensive in a nutshell?

I'm just saying this ban is unfair since I notice players get 3 bans before perma'd, and I just got perma'd right off the bat.

You were quite offensive in numerous circumstances.. the people involved did nothing but ask what your problem is and reminding you to respect people. Your replies to this really don't warrant any recognition of the mistakes you made and this appeal is turning more into proving you were right versus apologizing and getting on with it.

If need be, you are more than welcome to view the log yourself and pull out anything you think I may have missed. No one else in the server was nearly as offensive nor used language in the demeanor you did. Just because you had no prior bans does not mean that we don't reserve the right to permanently ban you, depending on the circumstances and how many people got involved with your bad attitude it was probably the right decision.

People break the rules every day, but until we see screenshots, videos or told to check the logs we cannot catch everyone. You, however decided to do all of this in front of our staff, and your failure to stop resulted in your ban.
