Not Receiving Global Donator

I have a friend that paid for global donator and never received it I asked him to rejoin and wait a while, he did that and I checked ulx command who He didn't have it as it said user maybe you can check for it his Steam Name is "BAZING" and if you can see the recent purchases you can check if he actually did pay for it thanks for your time.

We're having minor complications with our donation system at the moment, I will have to pull the servers offline for an update on the code. I am however tracking all transactions so the packages will be delivered once they come back online.
