If anyone wants to post their times when they notice something that they failed horribly at then I have NO problem with them doing so :p

Also, I am really just done with Garry's Mod, The reason is, TBB #3 is the only server that I actually want to play on Garry's Mod for more than 5 minutes before getting bored, and I cant even play it any more due to my game being a..........Finish the sentence with whatever word you like :p

(If anyone would like me to add something custom, but not TOO complicated to the map that im making, (is going to be a public release!) then I will most likely take your suggestion, just nothing with stairs, I CANNOT do them.)

I have no idea why it cant make the .bsp....the errors from the materials is not why it cant make the .bsp, also everything is in the hammer grid, and all of the settings are set correctly...

Well, the Hammer tool has a set limit, and it's not massive either. Maybe a few times bigger than bigcity, but not much, so it's a little harder.

I have a highway already ;), so long and straight lines isnt a problem...also changed that thing I was originally making into a house into a low-roof storage lot

I got lots of patience for stuff like this, and when I get a little annoyed about it, I just go on Euro Truck Sim 2 and do some calm driving. Also, I have a really cheap skybox, but I have to add walls so it does not just look like you can fall into the abyss. Also, I am going to figure out how to make the sky atmos compatible. If anyone would like to suggest a good highway/interstate/motorway entrance/exit ramp design that doesn't include curves, then I would be glad to take that suggestion. Also for some reason my hammer editor HATES upward sloping things and it just deletes then when I save. Also, does anybody have some examples for map names? I may combine some, just remember to make sure that they aren't already a map name.
 
Well, I found you can make a 2D skybox using the tool 4 down from the block tool (the one that looks like grass on top of a block). Essentially, it acts like an adjustable image just for that surface (So, you'll still need to make a box around the map). When I tried it, you needed to use it in the 3D camera. Not sure if you already knew that, though.

Im going to find a video on a better skybox.
Also, what im going to be doing to build the map is copy the vmf that I saved on this computer, my main computer, and go to one of my much older computers and do it on there.
